What you need
lemon

alfredo sauce

oz linguini

tbsp butter

splash dry white wine

pinch black pepper
tbsp oil

cup parmesan cheese

clove garlic clove

pinch salt

tsp italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Place salmon skin-side down and sear until it releases. 3. Flip salmon and cook 2–3 minutes. 4. Add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Baste with melted butter. Remove salmon. 5. Lower heat, add white wine, and scrape browned bits. 6. Add cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and parmesan. Stir to coat; add pasta water if needed. 7. Plate pasta, top with salmon, and garnish.
