tsp dried rosemary

cup olive oil

tsp paprika

tsp black pepper
tsp dried oregano

lb skinless boneless chicken thighs

lb potato
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil. 2. Arrange chicken thighs, potatoes, and sliced onions evenly on the pan. 3. In a jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and rosemary. Shake well. 4. Pour marinade over the chicken and vegetables and toss directly on the pan to coat evenly. 5. Nestle lemon wedges throughout. 6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping the chicken and stirring the potatoes halfway through. 7. Switch oven to broil and broil 3–5 minutes until chicken is lightly charred and potatoes are crispy. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
