What you need
slice provolone

cup heavy cream

tsp kosher salt

onion

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup american cheese

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

bell pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire until fully combined. 3. Form beef into a tight, compact log and place on the sheet pan. 4. Spread chopped onion and bell pepper on the pan next to the meat log. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Remove from oven, slice the meat thin, and mix with the roasted peppers and onions on the pan. 7. Broil 3–5 minutes until meat edges crisp and vegetables caramelize. 8. Top with provolone and return to oven until melted. 9. For cheese wiz, gently simmer heavy cream and American cheese until smooth. 10. Load meat into toasted rolls and finish with cheese wiz if using.
