What you need

bell pepper
slice provolone

tsp garlic powder

lb ground beef

cup heavy cream

tsp black pepper

tsp onion powder

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment. 2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire until fully combined. 3. Form mixture into a tight, compact log and place on one side of the sheet pan. 4. Spread chopped onions and bell peppers on the other side of the pan. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and slice the beef paper-thin. 7. Mix sliced beef with the roasted peppers and onions directly on the pan. 8. Broil for 3–5 minutes until edges crisp and vegetables caramelize. 9. Top with provolone and return to oven just until melted. 10. Load into toasted rolls. 11. Optional: Simmer heavy cream and American cheese together until smooth for cheese wiz, then pour over sandwiches.
