Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Place salmon on the pan and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, lemon pepper, and salt. 3. Add butter on top if using. 4. Bake for 16–17 minutes, depending on thickness. 5. In a bowl, mash avocados with lime zest, lime juice, walnuts, dill, chili powder, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste. 6. Toss sliced red onions with sumac, lemon juice, and salt. Let sit 10–15 minutes to soften and pickle. 7. Top baked salmon with avocado mash, pickled onions, and crumbled feta. Serve immediately.
