spinach

cup shredded mozzarella

tbsp butter

tsp garlic powder

cup half & half
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat. Add the bag of frozen spinach. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8–10 minutes. 2. Keep cooking until the spinach is fully thawed and all liquid has evaporated from the pan. 3. Stir in the garlic powder and onion powder. Cook for 1 minute until the spices become fragrant. 4. Pour in the half and half. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring continuously until the liquid thickens slightly (about 2–3 minutes). 5. Reduce heat to low. Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, and fiesta blend cheeses. Stir until the cheeses are completely melted, the texture is smooth, and the dip is bubbling. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
