What you need

cup unsalted pistachios

oz boursin cheese

honey

cup dried cranberries

tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cranberries, nuts, parsley, and rosemary. 2. Place a large sheet of plastic wrap on a work surface. Add cheese to the center and wrap tightly, shaping into a log. 3. Refrigerate 30–40 minutes or freeze 10 minutes until firm. 4. Spread the cranberry mixture on a board. Unwrap the cheese and roll it in the mixture, pressing gently to coat all sides. 5. Drizzle generously with honey or hot honey. 6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
