What you need

cup chicken stock

cup parmesan cheese

clove garlic clove

lb lasagna noodles

cup fresh parsley

cup ricotta cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

tbsp tomato paste

lb ground beef

lb italian sausage

cup heavy cream

oz marinara sauce

bunch fresh basil
Instructions
1. Mix parmesan, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in a large pot. Cook onion for 4 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant. 3. Add sausage and beef; cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, Tony’s, herbs, and red pepper flakes. 4. Stir in tomato paste. Add chicken stock and marinara; bring to a boil. 5. Add broken lasagna noodles. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Stir in heavy cream and fresh basil. Adjust seasoning. 7. Serve hot with a dollop of the ricotta mixture on top.
