Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip with Garlic Crostinis

What you need

oz burrata

cup olive oil
tsp dried oregano

tsp red pepper flake
pinch salt

pt cherry tomato

pinch black pepper
tbsp fresh parsley

tsp dried parsley

tbsp butter
pinch fresh basil leaves

tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Add tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil to coat the bottom. 3. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, dried parsley, and dried oregano. 4. Bake for 20–30 minutes until tomatoes burst, gently smashing them halfway if needed. 5. While tomatoes bake, mix butter, garlic, salt, Parmesan, and fresh parsley together. 6. Spread the mixture on baguette slices. 7. Toast the bread for 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp. 8. Remove tomatoes from oven and top with grated Parmesan, fresh basil, and burrata. 9. Stir gently and serve hot with garlic crostinis.
