One-Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon

What you need
lb salmon fillet

pinch black pepper

lemon

tsp oregano

clove garlic clove
pinch salt

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Pat salmon completely dry and place on the pan. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, and garlic. 4. Arrange lemon wedges on and around the salmon. 5. Bake for 12 minutes. 6. Switch oven to broil and broil 2–3 minutes until the top is lightly golden. 7. Rest 2 minutes, then serve.
